The 1-on-1 session continued to have an effect for days. What was touched and opened within me was truly special. During the meditation, a deep strength within me was acknowledged, a strength I had apparently suppressed for a long time. A few days after the session, I actually felt that strength awakening in my body. At first, I found it a bit daunting, but by embracing this process, I really felt my self-worth and power returning.
What touched me most is that I don’t feel harder now, but rather softer in my heart. I feel safer with myself, more grounded, and more in my body instead of in my head. As a result, I experience more peace, love, and trust, and I dare to allow my desires again. This session was incredibly healing and transformative. I am so grateful 💖

In 3 coaching sessions, I started to explore my feminine field with her and the themes I carry from there. To reclaim my own place in my family system. My inner attitude. Connecting with my inner child. Touching, recognizing, feeling, processing, letting go, my own strength, my own place. With her help, I was able to connect with this so quickly! And she really helped me gain insight and strength from it. Tools to literally let go of my thoughts, patterns, and body. I will carry these tools with me forever. And... I feel my own strength. My inner attitude in my system and what I want to pass on to my children. Love!
